EML were awarded the tender for the supply and construction of Bedford Creek’s 33.6m span Swingbridge. The Bedford Creek works included all excavations, foundations, anchoring, bridge construction, site remediation upon completion, and track approaches to link the Rees-Dart Track.

Using helicopter transport, EML flew in all plant, equipment, and materials including a 1.7-tonne excavator, 1.3-tonne compressor and concrete - plus flew out the dismantled existing bridge - overcoming challenging terrain to ensure seamless project delivery.
